5.5 lakh sq ft of retail space is coming up at the Mohali Junction in Sector 57, adjoining the Verka Chowk on the National Highway-21 in Punjab. Part of the Rs 500 crore mega project that envisages first-of-its-kind 18-storeyed air-conditioned Inter-State Bus Terminal-cum-commercial complex, 10 screen Cineplex, 4-star luxury hotel and a mall, the total space covered under the project is 10 lakh square feet. Of this, 3 lakh square feet is demarcated as the office space. The leading hotel chain Hilton is expected open a four-star hotel with 150 rooms while Cinepolis will come up with a 10-screen Cineplex. Big Bazaar is expected to be the anchor of the complex.

ABOUT MOHALI
Mohali, new and vibrant city located next to Chandigarh where the ultra modern infrastructure is getting ready. Mohali was conceived after the trifurcation of Punjab and its capital Chandigarh becoming a U.T. in the year 1966.
